Dear John and Susana, I work as an underwater camera
operator for a marine
conservation foundation called Save Our Seas
(www.saveourseas.com), we're
based in Jeddah.

I've been living here for two years, and for a long time
now I've been
hearing about the caves in Saudi. I'm particularly
interested in caves
systems we may be able to dive in, but I hear mixed
reports about what
condition these caves are actually in.

I figured you guys would be the most reliable source of
information on this
matter, and was wandering if you could tell me if these
caves systems are
still in the same condition they are in in you book.

If they are I'd be very interested in putting together a
filming expedition
to document these caves on HD video, as stock footage for
our library, or
perhaps we may find a way for them to be part of a
documentary in the
future. Would you be available as guides for such an
expedition?

Any help is much appreciated.

I will forward your message to Lars Bjurstrom and Greg Gregory, who may be interested in the filming project.
Greg recently wrote us about a new water-filled cave he wants to investigate, so he may be looking
for divers. Be careful! Cave diving is just about the most dangerous sport on the planet.
